The Buckingham Port-A-Wrap III Lowering Device is a heavy-duty rope anchor point used by a tree professional for rigging wood and logs safely and efficiently. This compact friction tool can easily be attached and wrapped to the base of a tree, with the help of a whoopie or an eye sling, offering effective control of lowering heavy loads.
